Emöke MOLNÁR

Molnár Emőke holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is currently in the final year of a Masters program in International Business Administration. She has gained practical experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry as a marketing intern, and has been employed for one year as pre-doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Business Administration in foreign languages (FABIZ), pursuing an academic career. She has a key role in organizing the annual Students Scientific Session for both bachelors and masters students, as well as in international relations. Her main research interests focus on leadership dynamics in contemporary business organizations, with particular emphasis on comparative male and female education, careers, and management styles.
