Maria Dulău holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is currently in the final year of a Masters program in Business Analytics. She is employed as a pre-doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Business Administration, contributing to research activities and pursuing an academic career. She is actively involved in the organization of the International Conference of Business Excellence (ICBE) at FABIZ. Her background includes a Financial Audit Internship and extensive experience as a volleyball player, with participation in national and international championships, which influenced her interest in the economic dimensions of sport. Her research interests focus on sports economics, particularly inclusive, digital, and sustainable sports ecosystems and emerging international innovations.
