Daria Elisa VUC

Daria Vuc is an enthusiastic learner, this being the reason she continued her studying path with a PhD in Economics. She is a second-year PhD student, curious about research and Economics in general. Her research interest focuses on the mismatches between the Romanian educational system and the dynamics generated by the forces of the labor market. Thus, she is interested in areas such as human capital, undereducation and overeducation, causes of mismatches, skills and competences demanded by the labor market. I am also interested in subjects like sustainability and sustainable financing due to the trends in digital economy and how they impact on consumer behavior and the society as a whole.
